She Can Club is launching our first mastermind for female entrepreneurs in Sonoma County! If you're ready to level up your business, prioritize your productivity, and set yourself up for the upcoming holiday season, we're your girls!
Includes:
- 1-hour 1:1 kickoff business coaching call with Hilary to set the stage for a successful mastermind experience
Weekly group coaching Zoom calls (or in-person meet ups if the group is available)
- Weekly goal-setting and accountability check-ins
- A team of local women helping you prep for a successful upcoming holiday season of sales
- Live feedback from the group to make quick pivots you may have had blindspots around
Logistics:
- Hilary will limit the number of people per industry in each cohort so that each group can have an array of backgrounds and expertise
- Time of day and day of week for our meetings will be determined based on group's availability. Days & times may change throughout to fit everyone's needs.
- Starts the week of 10/21 and ends after 11/30 (6 weeks)

- Real life business experience:
- 2005-2017: Managed a branch of a company that sold water meters to cities. Her tiny, but mighty team sold over $100 million in during those 12 years. Travelled around the U.S. duplicating her branch's success in other locations by training new staff on product, processes and policies. Held roles in: Operations Management, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, Human Resources, Safety Officer, Inside Sales, Government RFP responses, Project Manager and Payroll.
- 2018-2020: General Manager for 1-800-GOT-JUNK? managing a crew across 3 counties. Duties included: Operations Management, Human Resources, Safety, Payroll, Customer Service & Relationship Management, Fleet Management and Dispatch.
- 2020- Current: Business coach specializing in working with entrepreneurs to identify blind spots in their businesses. Helped dozens of women start and grow their businesses through 1:1 coaching. Clients don't know what they don't know, so we work together to figure out exactly what they need to be focusing on for growth or efficiency.
- 2020-2023: Marketing and Outreach Coordinator for Smile Orthodontics. Responsible for bringing in new patients, spreading brand awareness, community outreach and social media management.
- 2021-Current: Founder of She Can Club. Currently on a mission to create a community of local women who are looking for local friends to build a support system with. Skills required: Relationship building, networking, branding, strategic marketing, accounting, social media management, graphic design in Canva, influencer marketing, sales funnels, website design. Sold over 475 tickets to events so far in Sonoma County.
